Xomeka online gift cards, once purchased, can not be returned and are non-refundable. However, the jewelry items or other products purchased with Xomeka online gift cards can be returned or exchanged.

The additional Shipping Upgrade charges you may have paid will not be refunded. Only items returned in original condition are eligible for refund or exchange.
